Episode 1B - You've Got Spunk!

In part 2 of this 2 part breakdown of Episode 1 (it's confusing we know,) Caitlyn and Heather wrap up their discussion of the pilot episode of The Mary Tyler Moore Show. They chat about Mary's first meeting with Lou Grant, the audacity of job titles, the brilliance of the show's writing, and how Rhoda's empathy at the end of the episode kick starts a friendship for the ages! However, one question is left unanswered: What liquor does Mr. Grant drink? 

We actually had a whole section we recorded for this episode in which we share our own best and worst interview stories, but we couldn't fit it in the episode.
